How to cook Protaste Pasta:


  1. Bring 1 liter of waterper 100g of pasta to a boil

  2. Sprinkle in the pasta and stir gently

  3. Cook it for 9 minutes or to your own desired taste

  4. Drain and rinse briefly with lukewarm water

  5. No oil needed: Protaste Pasta doesn’t stick



💡 Meal Prep Tip:

Let the pasta cool fully before using in cold saladsor freezing. This helps retain texture and bite when reheating.
